The You-know system uses a
unique phonetic search engine to access information. When a question is asked,
it is either automatically answered by the system in real time (if it has
already been asked and answered before), or assigned to an administrator of the
particular category to answer the question within a prescribed time period.
Once the question has been
answered it is stored in the database, thus ensuring that if a similar question
is asked in future, an answer is automatically provided by the system. The
linking of questions phrased in a dissimilar way, but producing the same answer
is achieved by the system's sophisticated phonetic search engine.
As the system is Web-based, it
allows access to the knowledge base from anywhere, at any time, provided the
user has Internet connectivity.
We are exposed to vast
quantities of knowledge but seldom efficiently or effectively. You-know
organises this information to be available when needed by simply asking a
question and getting a specific answer on the subject matter as defined.
Frequently asked questions and
pricing information is available once you have self registered. If you are
already a registered user of the You-know System, simply log on to start
accessing the Knowledge base. If you are not already registered, simply click
on the Self Registration button above and complete the registration form which
will enable you to immediately start using the You-asked system to access the
knowledge base.
